At the UNL Custodial Shop, we take pride in providing comprehensive services for ordering and maintaining custodial cleaning equipment. Our dedicated team of skilled equipment technicians supports UNL Operations Custodial Services and assists housing facilities, student unions, the Breslow Ice Hockey Center, and other UNL departments as needed.
We offer maintenance and repair services to ensure custodial equipment remains in optimal condition. Our team performs preventive maintenance on machines—including washers and dryers for custodial laundry, batteries, and cleaning equipment—to proactively address potential issues and extend equipment lifespan. Additionally, we install and repair restroom dispensers.
The Custodial Shop also manages the ordering and installation of custodial equipment for new buildings. In the event of unexpected incidents, such as campus flooding, our team is prepared to assist with flood management, mitigating damage and restoring normal operations promptly.
