The Custodial Shop provides maintenance and repair services to keep custodial equipment running in optimal condition. Our team conducts preventive maintenance on machines, including washers and dryers for custodial laundry, batteries, and cleaning equipment, to preemptively address any potential issues and extend the lifespan of the equipment. Additional services include the installation and repair of restroom dispensers.
The Custodial Shop is also responsible for ordering and installing any necessary custodial equipment for new buildings. And when unexpected events such as floods occur on campus, our team is ready to lend a helping hand to assist with flood management by mitigating damage and restoring normal operations promptly.
